Terms of Business for users of Cambridge Network discounts.

The Cambridge Network is making available a series of discounts to its members including any member of staff or student of a paid-up corporate member. Users of these discounts are referred to as ‘discount users’ below.

The products and services described in the Cambridge Network ‘Discounts’ areas are described and offered by third party organisations and not by the Cambridge Network.

The Cambridge Network does not take any responsibility for the description, pricing, delivery or availability of these products and services to discount users.

The Cambridge Network will not be liable for any claim arising from the use (or availability) of these products or services.

The Cambridge Network makes discount codes available to discount users on the understanding that:

-          They will use the discount for their own use;

-          They will not make their discount code available to any third party, nor will they post it or allow it to be posed on the internet;

The Cambridge Network will monitor the uptake of discount codes.

By requesting a discount code a discount user is signalling their acceptance of these terms of business.
